Shipping and Returns
While we pride ourselves on being a professional business, but we also take the term “retro” to heart. All orders are mailed through good old fashion snail mail! Orders are packaged up by hand, walked down the street and dropped in an USPS drop off box on Polk Street in San Francisco. All shipping, excluding wholesale or bulk orders >50 cards, is complimentary as Book Club Card assumes all responsibility for shipping costs and fees. Please expect up to 5-7 business days for order processing, shipping, and delivery.
Shipping insurance, if requested prior to shipping, can be included at customer expense. We do not require signature confirmation at package delivery, but are happy to do so if requested by the customer and will include an additional charge.
The customer is responsible for ensuring the shipping address is correct and accurate at checkout. Purchases shipped to the wrong address at fault of the customer will not be refunded. If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, and is "returned to sender", Book Club Card is not responsible for any shipping charges or fees.
Please be aware that Book Club Card is not responsible for delayed transit times once your order leaves our shop. We have no control over transit times once packages are given to the mail carrier. Should your package become delayed or lost, a claim will need to be filed with the shipping carrier.
We offer International orders for a flat rate $10 fee.
Your order is adequately packaged with care! However, we know that damages can happen. If your order arrives in an undesirable state, please contact us at email@example.com with a photo of the damaged product and shipping box (if applicable) within 48 hours of receiving. A damage claim will be filed with the shipping carrier and we will work together to find a solution to your damaged product!
We do accept product returns with a full refund within 30 days of purchase if returned unused and in original condition. Shipping costs for returned items is the responsibility of the customer. If you would like to return a purchase, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
